The first time we heard of the new family pet (Nana) was when Matthew Macfadyen told Jonathan Ross when he appeared on BBC Radio 2. Additionally, Keeley confirmed on Twitter that she knitted the scarf Matthew wears in the photo with Wossy.
JR: Look. I have my dog Sweeney in the bed with me the other night (MM: Really?) and he’s well enough to be able to go down by my feet.
MM: Really? What kind of dog is it? We just got a dog.
JR: It’s a Brussels Griffin.
MM: What does that mean?
JR: It means he’s weird looking (MM: (laughing) Okay) but he’s well behaved at bedtime. What dog have you got?
MM: It’s called a Coton de Tulear.
JR: I think I’ve heard of him.
MM: Yeah very sweet. Like a joke dog. Look just gorgeous.
JR: Small?
MM: Yeah.
